February 21th, 2016 - After a month of no update, we are finally able to visit the park. The New Revolution has had major progress over a one month span. Most of the coaster is now sporting royal blue supports and bright white track, making the whole coaster visible once again. In other news, Magic Mountain is currently refreshening Six Flags Plaza for the park's 45th season with colors that represent the Six Flags Logo. Starting soon, Magic Mountain will be starting a trading pin program and you'll be able to collect exclusive trinkets that you might not want to miss out on! There is TONS... we mean TONS of amazing photos to see, so on with the update! Enjoy!

THE NEW REVOLUTION
Six Flags Magic Mountain will be introducing a complete restoration of their classic looping coaster. Revolution will become "The New Revolution" when it reopens in Spring of 2016 with new trains, a new paint job, a renovated station and special ride effects.
SIX FLAGS PLAZA REVITALIZATION
For the park's 45th season and for the opening of Revolution, Magic Mountain will be giving the main entrance plaza a refreshening. Flags, the park's largest gift shop, will be renovated inside-out and will be renamed to "Six Flags Emporium". The Cyber Cafe will be receiving a new paint job and menu items and will be renamed "Plaza Cafe". Cartoon Candy Store will as well receive a paint job and Suzette's Bakery will be renovated inside-out and be named "World's Famous Funnel Cake Factory". The Orient Express is currently receiving a paint job for both stations and will now be named "Helpful Honda Express". The Grand Carousel is receiving a major overhaul and will sport an Americana theme. Lastly, the gazebo will be given new life with brand new entertainment this summer.
NOTE: Buildings throughout Six Flags Plaza will be receiving a paint job that resembles the colors on the Six Flags logo.
On the other side of the mountain, there has been demolition happening to the old Action theater. This theater housed many shows including BATMAN Forever and recently housed The AFTERMATH maze.
Only time will tell if the park will utilize this land for a new project in the near future, possibly 2017.
