Holiday in the Park returns to Magic Mountain for its 3rd year run and it's BRIGHTER than ever before! This year, the park has introduced TWO new area experiences, an exclusive VR film for Revolution and a brand new holiday show in the Gearworks Theatre. Make sure you visit because this year's event is not to be missed!

Screampunk District transforms into its own wonderland with an array of twinkling lights! Along with the new additions this year come more interactive, roaming characters to make your visit extra magical. You can find these characters in multiple areas of the event including this one.
Kwerk returns for the holiday for the first time as Kwerkmas. The new holiday show absolutely nails what this past summer's show should have been. The performers are appropriately dressed in Christmas outfits with a bit of a steampunk flare and their energy is top-notch. Along with the new style acts and choreography, we enjoyed the return of the magic acts as seen from previous shows in the theatre. We loved this new show to the park's holiday line up, and hope to see it return for years to come.
If you would like to see Kwerkmas during your visit, there are four showings:
2:00, 3:30, 5:30 & 7:00 PM
SANTA's STAR SPANGLED PLAZA
Star-Spangled Plaza is another new area this year. This area is home to a brand new Virtual Reality experience, exclusively for Magic Mountain's New Revolution. You will also find the towering group of Toy Solider, who love to interact with guests who are waiting in live for the Revolution. Don't miss the Toy Solider show in Holiday Square throughout the night!
SANTA's WiLD SLEIGH RIDE VR
Revolution is the only Six Flags attraction with a permanent VR system. For the holiday season, the Hallmark channel has teamed up with Magic Mountain to present a new VR experience. Climb aboard Santa's sleigh and take chase down a evil elf trying to ruin Christmas. This new footage has improved quality and is more interactive. You are now allowed to shoot elements all throughout the ride instead of the lift hill.
Rockin' Universe returns for its third year run. This spectacle of light comes to life every fifteen minutes starting at 5pm. In short, it is the same Christmas light show featuring classic and contemporary holiday tunes. We love that the show makes full use of its entire palette -- bright imagery and dazzling light displays across facades in DC Universe.
It isn't Magic Mountain without Full Throttle Nights isn't it? Snowy Nights returns with popular music, holiday inspired choreography, and a blizzard finale. This year's entertainment has made sure to celebrate all kinds of holidays during the winter season.
Once you step into the park, you are immersed in glittering lights. This area is a staple to the event and is just a hint of what to expect throughout the entire park. You can watch the carolers right in front of Cold Stones or have a meet and greet with your favorite Looney Tunes characters.
Winter Wonderland is a staple is to this event. Located from underneath Revolution to Tatsu, you can eat a variety of holiday foods at Katy's Kettle and meet Santa Claus in his toyshop. We recommend trying the variety of foods during this season, they are DELICIOUS. Like we said earlier, there are a bunch of new characters roaming throughout the area waiting to interact with you and make your visit extra special.
In all, Magic Mountain has out done themselves with their seasonal events and this one is absolutely no exception. Thank you Connie & Sue for inviting us to a spectacular evening yesterday and can't wait to come back for more! Make sure you come and check out Holiday in the Park at Six Flags Magic Mountain this year!
