The flags both out front and on Sky Trek Tower were at half mast for Dallas.
The Cool Zone has returned to Orleans Place.
Superman was just opening as I walked by. Decided to go Single Rider on it.
Roaring Rapids had yet to open, even after flying with the man of steel.
But it was testing, so that was good.
After my shift I returned to the park and my first stop was Batman: The Ride.
I like the nods to B&M in this sign. And even though it's subtle, I enjoy the theming in the queue.
I don't think this is apart of the theming but the Gotham Public Works sign was dusty. Some Joker decided to draw in the dust and the picture was humorous for anybody in middle school.
I could be wrong but wouldn't be surprised if Batman had an on-ride photo at one time.
I've always found it interesting that the floor in the station can be seen from the queue below. There goes the floor, now you're out the door! Enjoy your ride.
It was surprising to see a grouper in the station. Front row wasn't bad and she graciously let us choose our preferred seats.
Afterwards we took a break for lunch at Angelo's.
The last ride of the day for me would be Superman because I needed to leave early. At least the line wasn't horrendous. It was around a half hour.
Grabbed some nachos as a snack on my way out.
Honestly I think these next shots are good so I wanted to have them up individually.
Columbia Carousel is the first thing guests see as they enter the park and the last thing they see as they leave.
Check back later on for more updates and news on Six Flags Great America. Thanks for reading!
