As per usual, I started out my day at Goliath.
I also got some shots of Vertical Velocity.
Then I mashed the two and got pictures of Vertical Velocity in the background, with Goliath's growing line in the foreground.
An hour into the park being open, Raging Bull was a walkon, even after doing Goliath, X-Flight, and Viper.
I went on to have Lunch at Moose-burger Lodge, after doing Demon, Buccaneer Battle twice and Loggers Run.
Gurnee and Chicago's weather is unpredictable. My friends and I got caught in a storm while walking in Orleans Place after rides shut down for permitting weather, which was nowhere to be seen.
It was fun to watch other people's reactions to the weather.
The park literally flooded. The water was a couple of feet deep in some areas.
Even the bear couldn't take it and took drastic measures.
The rain continued for the next four hours until eight o'clock. However, by that time the park had cleared out and I was too busy riding to take pictures.
In Conclusion: Bad weather can work in your favor, especially if it's terrible and blows over quickly.
