There was a crazy snow storm throughout most of the day, so this update was botched a lil bit. But I did find this park surrounding Six Flags Great America and was able to shoot some when the sun graced me with its presence.
The fence stops people from going on top of the hill so I was only able to get the tops of the tallest attractions.
Unfortunately, I didn't realize how out of focus this picture was until I got home to Chicago. However, it's the only picture of Goliath so I will still include it.
The individual towers of Vertical Velocity poking through and Giant Drop photobombing.
Raging Bull is waiting for it's first riders in three weeks.
I'm not used to seeing Playground Equipment in the foreground and coasters in the background. So I had to take these pictures.
The lights for the Christmas Tree are still up on Sky Trek Tower.
These two pictures make me wonder if Holiday in The Park could ever come to Great America.
Speaking of Holiday In The Park, it started sleeting shortly after.
The park is still hiring.
That's all folks! Check back for trip reports in following weeks.
